  • If you are a patient of The Dorset Health Hub please call here to discuss COVID-19 concerns or you can call the COVID-19 Assessment Centre in Bracebridge 1-888-383-7009

  • If you are not a patient at The Dorset Health Hub and have concerns regarding COVID-19 please call the COVID-19 Assessment Centre booking line to book an appointment at the COVID-19 Assessment Centre in Bracebridge 1-888-383-7009

  • The Dorset Health Hub continues to NOT be a walk in clinic and please always call to inquire regarding appointments. Please do not try to come to the hub without an appointment (even to drop off or pick up forms unless previously arranged) as we are doing our best to serve patients while also being able to maintain physical distancing and protect the most vulnerable  

  • If it is an emergency please proceed directly to the closest emergency department or call 911
