The Dorset Community Health Hub: Keeping everyone safe and cared for.

1) If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, shortness of breath), or are worried that you may have Covid-19, please visit here before calling our office in regards to appointments.

2) If you are negative for COVID-19 and are feeling ill, please call The Hub and speak to the administrative assistant.

3) Masking is advised for all patients who are experiencing cough and cold symptoms in the best interest of the staff and other patients.

There may be opportunity to change the type of appointment (phone, or in-person) if an unexpected event occurs. Please call the Hub to discuss.
