Services and programs

The Hub provides registered patients with episodic care (i.e., infections, minor abrasions, flu, etc.), primary/preventative care, health education and health programs. The Hub also helps patients navigate social services and other government programs.

***We are NOT equipped to handle emergency care call 911 (i.e., chest pains, serious injuries, etc.) ***

***  Please note that we are NOT a walk-in clinic, but are able to accommodate same day or next day appointments when needed (i.e., eye/ear/throat infections, infected bites, UTIs, simple sutures, etc.)  for registered patients and limited access for non registered patients please always call to inquire regarding appointments***

1) Diabetes Prevention Program

2) Home Blood Pressure Program

3) Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN) Access Program

4) District of Muskoka Outreach Worker Program

5) Resource Library Program

6) Annual Flu Shot Clinics

7) Lab Services (for registered patients)

8) Immuniation

9) Emergency relief fund to assist patients with the purchase of mandatory medications or treatments they might not be able to afford

10) Food support and support for other basic needs through partnerships with local community groups

11) Home visits as needed

Call 911 If You Have:

  • Sudden or worsening chest pain

  • Severe shortness of breath

  • Signs of a stroke (facial drooping, trouble raising both arms, slurred or jumbled speech)

  • Major lacerations/bleeding, fractures, high speed injuries, falls from heights, etc.
